Ms. Felland was born in Santa Barbara, California. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. In 1997, she received her juris doctorate degree from Southwestern School of Law.
In 1997, Ms. Felland was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Bar of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Felland has mediation, arbitration and trial experience. She specializes in construction litigation and general civil litigation.
