Biography
Ms. Nguyen was born in Brea, California. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. In 2006, she earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School. During her time at Loyola, Ms. Nguyen served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. She currently is a member of the Loyola Law School Alumni Board of Governors.Read More >
Ms. Nguyen’s published articles include: Minimize Litigation with Mediation; and Emerging Trends: Construction Liability and Trends for Green Building. Her practice areas include business litigation, construction litigation, account malpractice, professional liability, employment and general civil litigation.
Ms. Nguyen is currently an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School teaching a course in electronic discovery, which examines the technical and legal aspects of electronic discovery, including the preservation, review, collection, production and use of electronically stored information in litigation.
