Ms. Kadish was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She earned both a Bachelor of Music Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Ms. Kadish earned her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. In 2009, her article, "Speak, Go Ahead, Speak, Speak": Chamber of Commerce v. Brown's Effect on Employer Speech Regarding Unionization, was published in the Journal of the NAALJ. During the Spring of 2009, Ms. Kadish clerked for the Honorable R. Gary Klauser in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
In 2010, Ms. Kadish was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Bar for the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Ms. Kadish specializes in general civil litigation, professional liability, business litigation, and construction defect litigation.
