Mr. Barger was born in Sacramento, California. He attended the University of California, Davis, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 1988. In 1991, he earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Court, and the California Supreme Court.
Mr. Barger is immediate Past-President of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He is also on the Executive Board for the California Defense Counsel. He was also appointed to the LACBA Litigation Executive Committee and is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California. Mr. Barger is a member of the California Building Industry Association and also serves on the Speaker’s & Topic’s Committee for the annual West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar. He is also a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
